Things are looking good...

Within the next week: Easter Sunday, we will be closing on our house, classes will end (hallelujah!), and moving into said house.

Oh yes, things are definitely looking good.

The Argentine Way

I love hamburgers. It's true. Last night I made hamburgers for dinner, but I made them like I did on my mission in Argentina. We didn't have grills, so we normally just cooked the patties on the stove. While cooking them, I decided I wanted to make it the Argentine way - a fried egg on top! This is very typical of Argentine cuisine and a feature that I miss every so often. While I was in Formosa, we as a zone would eat at Pizza Mario on P-days. Although the pizza there is great, I love their hamburgers. The only place I've been able to find a hamburger with an egg on top is Red Robin. It takes me back to Formosa and all the good times I had there.
